By accessing or using Trivonex, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Trivonex is an AI decision intelligence tool that provides analysis through the Council. Trivonex does not provide financial, legal, or medical advice.
Trivonex offers the following plans:
• Free — basic access at no cost.
• Neural Pass — $9.99 consumable pack of 5 Council Reads; no expiration.
• Monthly Pro — $19.99 per month.
• Annual Pro — $159.99 per year.
Monthly Pro and Annual Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price ($19.99 per month for Monthly Pro, or $159.99 per year for Annual Pro). Your Apple App Store or Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can turn off auto-renewal or manage your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; to avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The Neural Pass is a one-time consumable purchase and does not auto-renew.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's and Google's respective policies.
You may not use Trivonex to make decisions involving illegal activity, harm to others, or violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You grant Trivonex a limited license to store, process, and transmit the content you submit solely to operate the App and generate your Reads.
Trivonex provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or medical advice. Users assume all responsibility for decisions made based on the app's output.
You agree that you will not rely on any Read as the sole basis for any decision involving health, safety, legal rights, finances, employment, education, relationships, housing, or other significant life outcomes. You must independently verify all factual claims before acting.
Trivonex LLC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from user decisions, including but not limited to financial loss, legal consequences, or personal harm.
Trivonex is not liable for any loss, deletion, or corruption of your stored decisions, history, or other content.
Trivonex has no duty to monitor user inputs for safety and no legal duty to rescue or contact authorities based on what a user submits.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TRIVONEX LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature, model, or the App itself at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or cloud-provider failures, AI-provider outages, acts of God, governmental action, or labor disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app, and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
