Trivonex is a decision intelligence app that helps users analyze choices using AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Trivonex app and related services.
We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve the Trivonex experience:
• Account information managed through Firebase Authentication (such as your email address and unique user identifier).
• Decision queries you submit, which are processed by our AI engines to generate analysis.
• Subscription status tracked through RevenueCat to determine your access tier.
• Anonymous usage analytics that help us understand how the app is used in aggregate.
We use your information to provide the decision analysis service, to process subscription payments, to improve the app's functionality and accuracy, and to communicate important updates about your account or the service.
We do not sell user data. We share data only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:
• OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google for AI processing of decision queries.
• RevenueCat for subscription billing and entitlement management.
• Firebase for authentication and hosting.
Pro users with Ghost Mode enabled have their decision queries processed without persistent storage. When Ghost Mode is on, queries are not retained after analysis is delivered.
You have control over your information. You can request a data export, delete your account directly from the in-app Settings screen, and opt out of marketing communications at any time.
