Trivonex LLC ("Trivonex," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Trivonex mobile application and related services. Trivonex is a decision intelligence platform designed to help users evaluate decisions using AI-powered analysis tools including Three Brain Consensus, Tactical Sweep, Tactical Six, Core Pulse, Master Advisor, Ghost Mode, and related features.
By using Trivonex, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Trivonex helps users analyze decisions using artificial intelligence models and structured decision frameworks.
Because the app processes user-submitted prompts and decision-related inputs, privacy and transparency are important to us. This Privacy Policy explains:
• What information we collect
• How we use it
• Which third-party AI processors receive data
• How moderation and crisis detection systems work
• How subscriptions and analytics are managed
• Your rights and choices regarding your data
Trivonex is operated by Trivonex LLC, a Florida-based United States company.
We collect information in the following categories:
When using Trivonex, you may provide:
• Decision prompts and text inputs
• Account registration information
• Email address
• Subscription selections
• Customer support communications
• Feedback or report submissions
We strongly recommend that users do not include Social Security numbers, bank account information, credit card numbers, medical records, highly sensitive financial information, confidential business information, or other sensitive personal information in decision prompts or AI analysis requests.
We may automatically collect device type, operating system, app version, platform type, basic usage events, session timestamps, subscription status, and crash or diagnostic information.
If you purchase a subscription or consumable product, we receive transaction-related metadata and subscription status information through our subscription management provider.
We use collected information to:
• Provide AI-powered decision analysis
• Operate Three Brain Consensus and related features
• Process subscriptions and purchases
• Improve app stability and performance
• Detect abuse, fraud, or misuse
• Moderate harmful or unsafe content
• Respond to support requests
• Monitor app analytics and usage trends
• Surface crisis support resources when appropriate
• Maintain platform security and reliability
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Trivonex transmits user-submitted decision prompts and related inputs to third-party AI providers for analysis and moderation.
These providers currently include:
• OpenAI (GPT-class models, Moderation API, and embeddings)
• Anthropic (Claude-class models)
• Google (Gemini models)
The specific providers contacted depend on your subscription tier and feature usage. Free tier requests are processed by Google Gemini. Pro tier requests using Three Brain Consensus are processed in parallel by OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
These providers may process prompts to generate decision analysis, power Three Brain Consensus, detect harmful or unsafe content, and support moderation systems.
OpenAI is used for one of the Three Brain Consensus models, moderation and safety classification through the OpenAI Moderation API, and embedding generation for crisis detection (text-embedding-3-small model).
Anthropic Claude models are used as one of the Three Brain Consensus models.
Google Gemini models are used for Single Brain analysis (Free tier) and as one of the Three Brain Consensus models (Pro tier).
Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive, confidential, financial, medical, or personally identifying information in prompts.
Third-party AI providers process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Trivonex includes automated crisis detection systems designed to identify potential self-harm or suicide-related content.
Our detection systems may use keyword matching, embedding similarity analysis, and OpenAI Moderation API classification.
If crisis-related content is detected, Trivonex may interrupt normal analysis and instead display crisis support resources, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and the 741741 Crisis Text Line.
To reduce privacy risks, Trivonex does not store the raw text of crisis-related prompts in the crisis intervention logging system. Instead, the app stores a SHA-256 hash of the detected query, a timestamp, platform metadata, and non-content diagnostic information.
This information is stored in a Firestore collection called crisis_interventions.
The purpose of this logging is limited to security monitoring, abuse prevention, system integrity, and crisis system performance review.
Users may report AI-generated outputs through the in-app reporting system.
When a report is submitted, Trivonex may collect the report category or flag reason, an optional user note (up to 500 characters), a shortened snapshot of flagged content, the user ID, app version, platform type, and timestamp metadata.
Before storage, automated redaction systems attempt to remove or mask certain sensitive information, including email addresses, phone numbers, financial amounts, and credit card numbers.
Automated redaction is provided on a best-effort basis. While our systems are designed to identify and mask the patterns described above, no automated redaction system can be guaranteed to remove every instance of sensitive information. Users are responsible for avoiding the inclusion of sensitive personal data in their submissions.
Flagged content records are stored in a Firestore collection called flagged_sweeps.
This information is used solely for safety review, abuse investigation, moderation quality improvement, and platform integrity and compliance.
We do not use flagged content submissions for advertising purposes.
Pro users with Ghost Mode enabled have their decision queries processed without persistent storage. When Ghost Mode is on, queries are not retained after analysis is delivered.
Trivonex offers the following products:
• Pro Monthly — $19.99/month
• Pro Annual — $159.99/year
• Neural Pass — $9.99 consumable token pack (5 Tactical Sweeps, no expiration)
Subscription and in-app purchase management is handled through RevenueCat.
RevenueCat may receive your app user ID, transaction metadata, subscription status, and purchase platform information.
Payments themselves are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Trivonex does not directly store full payment card information.
